Varied roles, offshore, within local government, and at academic institutions allow Arshad to continue developing, operating and achieving demonstrable success in improving public services and applying good business practices to achieve beneficial results with strong intellectual and analytical abilities. Arshad successfully completed his MBA and after attending Harvard Business School he developed a newfound interest in applied academia and exploring authentic values in leadership. These values stem from wishing to be socially responsible and playing a part in preparing the next generation.
